the chapel of the Ortial

our gothic jewel of the 13th century
where it is good to rest and meditate after an invigorating walk…

a countryside setting

far from the hustle and bustle of the city… a small wood, a river, orchards… a naturally Norman countryside environment…

orchards and donkeys

apple trees and cows, the ultimate image of Normandy, except that at Billy’s farm, it is donkeys resting under the apple trees.

a handcrafted production

a cider house where our oenologist ensures the daily production of our apple juices, ciders and calvados, in accordance with traditional Normandy methods.

old cellars

a calm and fresh place, where it is good to stroll and smell the sweet scents of our pommeau and calvados which peacefully rest here, and follow their maturation in oak barrels.
